2017-2018 Meetings and Events


*Project Meetings will normally be Second and Fourth Thursday of the Month at 6:30 p.m. (exceptions due to holidays) 

The meetings will be held at the Ivin's residence.

Project meeting dates scheduled to date:

Thursday, April 26, 2018 6:30 p.m.  NO ANIMALS  A wrap up of the County Fair. And recordbooks

May Meeting to be determined at April 26th Meeting.  The May meeting will consist of potluck and record book turn in.

YES, A record book must be completed and turned in for all projects - individually.  Please refer to the links tab for more detailed information.

Awards and presentations.

Pizza and water will be provided by the club.  We ask that each family with the last names beginning with:

A-L Bring a side dish to share

M-Z Bring a dessert to share.

*Record Books for Small Stock due to Tracie May (TBD - May 17).  Will discuss at 4/26 meeting.

The member must sign, in addition to the parent and the project leader.

Record book guidelines and forms

All record books must be turned into the Extension Office 5/29/2018 no later than 5:00 p.m. as a club (Queen Creek 4-H Club).  There are no exceptions on the date due to the extension office.
