This page is intended to provide Queen Creek 4-H specific information regarding Quality Assurance, as well as links to county, state and national Quality Assurance resources.  There will be QA classes held throughout the Valley for 2005-6 4-H year.    Dates are still TBD.

• University of Arizona Youth Livestock Quality Assurance

• This Health Record is part of the State QA but would be beneficial for all livestock.  This is the generic form from the QA website.

• The Season Pass application for Livestock exhibitors is here and has been updated for 2005.
