A Message from our President

Hello all 4-H members,

I’m Jessica Dahlquist and I’m your returning Queen Creek Community Club President for the 2008-2009 4-H year. As well as being an officer with the Queen Creek 4-H Club, I’m also President of Eastside Kids 4-H club, and a junior leader for the lamb and goat Queen Creek Club. I have been in 4-H for 9 years and in FFA for 3 years now.   I am a junior attending Basha High School and actively involved in there FFA program.

Queen Creek Community Club has many projects to offer from Clover Kids, for the young ones who can’t quite show in 4-H yet, to Teen and Leadership for the older ones, where we learn great leadership skills, and participate in fun activities.

This website is a great way to access all the new and up-coming information for the 2008-2009 year. We will not be giving out any monthly calendars at the CC meetings this year, but they are however accessible on this website under “calendars.”

The Community Club participates in tons of community service activities, like, Toys for Tots, Trick or Treat so Others Can Eat and much much more. If you have any ideas of any new community service activities or fundraisers be sure to tell any one of 4-H officers, or write it down and place it in the “suggestion box” before or after any of the monthly Community Club meetings, which are the 1st Monday of each month.

I hope everyone had another fun and exciting year. Let’s make this year the best one ever!!!

 Sincerely,

Jessica Dahlquist

2008-2009 Community Club President
